How to Mark for Alteration of Existing Floor

Steps
- Marking Proposed Work
- For Each Proposed Work
- Enter the required details in the mandatory fields:
- Proposed Work Type
- Proposed Work Number
- Select the appropriate Development Stage:
- If the proposed work represents a building in which floor is altered, choose ALTERED.
- If the proposed work represents an existing building which has Occupancy Certificate, choose EXISTING.
- If the proposed work represents an existing building which did not receive Occupancy Certificate, choose PERMITTED
- When the Development Stage is EXISTING or PERMITTED, need to provide additional details of the existing building. This can be done in two ways:
- BUILDING_PLAN_AVAILABLE - Select this if the complete building plan is available in the drawing.
- FILL_DETAILS_IN_FORM - Select this if the building plan is unavailable; instead, fill in the necessary details about the existing building.
- Enter the required details in the mandatory fields:
- For Each Proposed Work
- Marking Floor in Section
- For Each Floor in Section:
- Enter the required details in the mandatory fields:
- Floor Type
- Floor Concession Type
- Tick the checkbox if the current floor should be considered the Ground Floor.
- Select the appropriate Development Stage:
- If the floor is modified in the existing/altered building, choose ALTERED.
- If the floor belongs to an existing building which has Occupancy Certificate, choose EXISTING.
- When selecting ALTERED for a floor in section, you must provide additional details about the floor plan before the alteration.
- Enter the required details in the mandatory fields:
- For Each Floor in Section:

- If any floor is altered, the entire building must be marked as ALTERED.
- Full building plan should be provided when floor is added.
- Ensure buildings are mapped to proposed works marked as:
- PROPOSED
- ALTERED
- EXISTING (only if a building plan is available)
- PERMITTED (only if a building plan is available)
Note
- If building does not have an Occupancy Certificate, then development stage of it's proposed work must be selected as PERMITTED.
- If building containing the floor does not have an Occupancy Certificate, then development stage of the floor must be selected as PERMITTED.
